Love's Travel Stops is hiring Maintenance Technicians to help keep our locations safe, clean and well‑maintained. This is a customer‑facing role where you assist store, restaurant and truck care departments with general cleaning, maintenance, stocking and service tasks.

No experience? No problem — we’ll train you. You’ll learn to operate HVAC, fuel systems, refrigeration, and other equipment while putting safety and customer satisfaction first.

• Customer-facing role with general customer service duties.
• Assisting store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking and service tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
• Utilize tools and equipment to clean and maintain facilities (HVAC, fuel systems, refrigeration, etc.).
• Cross-training opportunities across departments including cashier roles and leadership positions.
