Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking Maintenance Technicians to keep our locations safe, clean, and well‑maintained while assisting management to ensure smooth operations for quick customer service. We will train newcomers with no experience and emphasize safety and customer satisfaction.

You will be involved in cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and supporting multiple departments, including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and more, with opportunities to cross-train into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds.
• Customer-facing role with general service duties.

Responsibilities

• Customer-facing duties: assist customers, resolve issues, and provide a positive experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and service needs.
• Maintain facility operations using tools to repair HVAC, fuel, trucks, refrigeration, etc.
• Cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Always prioritize safety and customer satisfaction per company policies.
• Move and lift 25+ pounds; work in various temperatures.
