Love's Travel Stops seeks Maintenance Technicians to keep our sites safe, clean, and well‑maintained while supporting management to serve customers quickly.

No prior experience is required; we provide training. You will assist multiple departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service, using tools for HVAC, fuel, refrigeration systems, and more. A commitment to safety is essential.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Able to lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures.
• Customer-facing role with emphasis on safety and service.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and service tasks.
• Operate tools and equipment to clean and maintain facilities, including basic repairs.
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership roles.
• Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction according to company policies.
