Love's Travel Stops is seeking Maintenance Technicians to keep our locations safe, clean, and well-maintained. You’ll support various departments, assist with repairs, and ensure a positive experience for customers. No experience is necessary — we provide training and development opportunities.

This role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and hands-on maintenance of facilities, HVAC, fuel systems, and related equipment, with a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction across shifts.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role with general customer service duties.
• No experience required; training provided.
• Willingness to assist in cleaning, maintenance, stocking and customer service needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance and general duties.
• Operate tools and equipment to clean and maintain facilities (HVAC, fuel, refrigeration, etc.).
• Potential cross-training in other departments and leadership roles.
• Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction in all tasks.
• Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
