Love's Travel Stops is seeking Maintenance Technicians to keep our locations safe, clean, and well‑maintained. You will assist management to ensure smooth operations and fast service for customers. No prior experience required—we train you on-site.

You’ll help with cleaning, basic maintenance, and support across departments, with opportunities to learn HVAC, fuel systems, and more. A team‑oriented, safety‑first culture awaits at Love's.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role with focus on service quality.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
• Willingness to learn and cross-train in other departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Support store, restaurant and truck care with cleaning, maintenance, stocking and service needs.
• Operate tools to clean and maintain facility operations, including HVAC, fuel systems, trucks, refrigeration, etc.
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance.
• Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction in all tasks.
• Lift 25+ pounds and work in different temperatures.
