Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is seeking Maintenance Technicians to keep our locations safe, clean, and well-maintained while supporting store, restaurant, and truck care operations. No experience? We will teach you!

You’ll assist your manager to ensure smooth operations and quick service to customers, with opportunities to cross-train and grow within the company in a family‑owned, nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role focusing on assisting customers and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Willingness to cross-train in other departments and support various facility operations.
• Ability to use tools and equipment to clean and maintain the facility, including HVAC, fuel, refrigeration, plumbing, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide general customer service and assist customers to ensure a positive experience.
• Support store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service tasks.
• Operate and maintain equipment for cleaning and facility maintenance, including repairs where needed.
• Possibly cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Follow safety policies and procedures to protect customers and team members.
• Move and lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
