Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking Maintenance Technicians to keep our facilities clean, safe, and well‑maintained while supporting store and restaurant teams. No prior experience required; we provide training to help you grow with the company.

You will perform general maintenance tasks, assist with HVAC, plumbing and electrical needs, and cross-train in other departments as needed. A customer‑facing role with a strong safety focus and opportunities for tuition assistance and growth are offered.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be able to lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
• Willingness to learn and assist multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide helpful, courteous customer service to guests.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care teams with cleaning, maintenance, and stocking.
• Operate and maintain various maintenance tools and equipment (HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, etc.).
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, and Facilities.
• Follow safety policies and procedures to protect customers and colleagues.
• Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction in all tasks.
