US Rod in Nappanee, Indiana is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our hands-on maintenance team. The role begins with training on the first shift (5AM-3:30PM, M-F, weekends as required) and will transition to a swing shift (12PM-9PM) and later to a second shift (3PM-11:30PM).

Candidates should be available for any of these hours. Primary duties include preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities, coordinating with service suppliers, and supporting production during

• High school diploma or GED, or related experience.
• Experience in an API Q1/ISO 9001:2015 environment a plus.
• Experience with Rockwell or Fanuc software a plus.
• PLC/Allen Bradley and robotics experience a plus.
• Good communication and basic reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsabilidades

• Follow manufacturing methods to perform tasks safely.
• Work with a partner in most cases.
• Perform general cleanup to keep the work area clean and organized.
• Perform equipment and facility preventive maintenance as scheduled.
• Contract service suppliers and materials for necessary repairs or PM.
• Information planning and production for the scheduled PM.
• Support manufacturing team for shorter unplanned downtime.
