Job summary

Multimatic Butler in Butler, Indiana is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform PM checks, repair and set up during the 2nd shift. You will work with grinding, turning and milling tasks and troubleshoot equipment to keep production running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years in production equipment repair or machining, or journeyman certification. The role offers excellent benefits and opportunities to work with advanced machinery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years experience in repair of production equipment or machining, or journeyman certification.
• SPC abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment and facilities per PM schedule.
• Perform machining tasks (grinding, turning, milling) as needed.
• Assist with setup and changeovers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment problems.
• Schedule time, materials, and equipment for jobs.
• Properly use time and complete forms.
