Love's Travel Stops is seeking Maintenance Technicians to keep facilities safe, clean and well-maintained while assisting management to ensure smooth operations for customers.

No prior experience required; we will teach you. This role involves customer-facing duties and cross-training across departments, with opportunities for development and advancement in a busy travel-stop environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role with focus on aiding customers and resolving issues.
• No experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and issue resolution to ensure positive experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking and service needs.
• Operate and maintain facility equipment including HVAC, fuel systems, service trucks, and refrigeration as assigned.
• Cross-train in other roles such as Store/Cashier, Facility Maintenance and Leadership as needed.
• Prioritize safety and satisfaction of customers by following company policies and procedures.
• Move and lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
