Love's Travel Stops is seeking Maintenance Technicians to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment while supporting managers to keep operations smooth and customers satisfied. No experience necessary—we will teach you!

This customer-facing role includes assisting store, restaurant, and truck care departments, with opportunities to cross-train in other areas and to grow within a family‑owned company known for its strong culture and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role requiring friendly, helpful attitude.
• Experience in maintenance or cleaning tasks preferred but not required.
• Able to move, lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
• Willingness to learn and cross-train in multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer assistance and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care with cleaning, maintenance, and stocking.
• Operate tools and equipment to maintain facility operations (HVAC, fuel systems, etc.).
• Potentially cross-train in roles such as Store/Restaurant Cashier or Facility Maintenance.
• Follow safety policies and protect customer satisfaction.
