Love's Travel Stops is seeking Maintenance Technicians to keep our facilities safe, clean and well‑maintained, while supporting managers to ensure smooth operations and fast customer service. No experience? We will teach you!

You will perform cleaning, basic maintenance, and assist multiple departments, with training across various shop and store tasks. This role emphasizes customer satisfaction, safety, and hands‑on learning in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role with general customer service duties.
• Assisting store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking and customer service needs.
• Use of various tools and equipment to clean and maintain the facility operations (HVAC, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration, etc.).
• Cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Safety and customer satisfaction are prioritized according to company policies.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds and work in varied temperatures.

Responsibilities
