Love’s Travel Stops is seeking Maintenance Technicians to keep our facilities safe, clean, and well-maintained while supporting store operations. You will assist your manager to serve customers efficiently.

No experience? No problem—we’ll train you. This role is customer-facing, with duties in cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and basic repairs across HVAC, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration, and more.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role with general customer service duties.
• Assisting store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds; ability to work in various temperatures.
• No experience? No problem! We will teach you!

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
• Use of various tools and equipment to clean and maintain facility operations (HVAC, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration, etc.).
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Always put customer safety and satisfaction first, complying with safety policies.
• Move, lift 25+ pounds; work in various temperatures.
