Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking Maintenance Technicians to keep our locations safe, clean, and well-maintained. The role supports managers to ensure smooth operations and great customer experiences. No experience? We will teach you!

This is a customer-facing position requiring some lifting and readiness to work in varying temperatures. Training provided, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the Love's network.

Qualifications

• Safety-conscious and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
• Willingness to learn and be trained.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and support to customers in-store and at the service areas.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and service tasks.
• Operate and assist with equipment to clean and maintain facility operations (HVAC, fuel systems, trucks, refrigeration, etc.).
• Cross-train in other roles such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction per company policies.
