Love's Travel Stops is seeking Maintenance Technicians to keep our locations safe, clean, and well‑maintained while supporting store operations to serve customers efficiently.

No experience? No problem — we provide training to help you learn the skills needed to perform cleaning, maintenance, and customer service duties across departments. Safety and customer satisfaction are always our priorities.

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Customer-facing duties: provide assistance, resolve issues, ensure positive customer experiences.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and service needs.
• Operate tools and equipment to clean and maintain facility operations, including HVAC, fuel systems, trucks, refrigeration, etc.
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership roles.
• Always prioritize safety and customer satisfaction, following company safety policies and procedures.
• Able to move and lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
