Love's Travel Stops is hiring Maintenance Technicians to help keep our locations safe, clean, and well-maintained while delivering excellent customer service. No experience is fine, as on-the-job training will be provided to teach you the skills needed.

You'll assist management in maintaining smooth operations, support multiple departments, and contribute to a positive experience that encourages customers to return.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort with physical tasks and lifting 25+ pounds.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide general customer service and assistance to customers.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and other needs.
• Operate and assist with tools and equipment for facility maintenance (HVAC, fuel systems, refrigeration, etc.).
• Cross-train in other departments as needed and support leadership roles.
