Job summary

TGM Communities in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our community maintenance team. You will handle work orders, address repairs during the day, and participate in after-hours on-call rotations, while keeping the property clean and well-maintained.

The role requires you to have experience in maintenance, own basic hand tools, and hold a valid driver's license. HVAC Type II certification is required or will be supported for career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and repairs across common building systems.
• Familiarity with maintenance equipment and basic hand tools.
• Ability to respond to maintenance requests reliably.

Responsibilities

• Respond to assigned maintenance work orders.
• Rectify maintenance problems during the workday.
• Perform general clean-up of the community.

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician for our community in Chandler, AZ. If you are an experienced technician with a desire for a career with a growing company, we’d like to hear from you. TGM Communities is a full service, real estate investment advisory firm. TGM acquires and manages apartment properties throughout the U.S. on behalf of our investors.

The ideal candidate must be able to take the responsibilities for the following:

• Respond to all assigned maintenance work orders.
• Rectify all maintenance problems during the workday.
• Responsible for general clean-up of the community.
• Be available for after hour's emergency calls on a rotational basis.
• Be able to provide your own basic hand tools.
• Will perform other duties and assume other responsibilities as may be assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must have previous experience in most areas of maintenance and repairs.
• Must have a good history of job dependability and performance.
• Must have experience in the use of maintenance equipment and tools.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Must have HVAC Type II Certification.
