Job summary

TGM Communities in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Technician to respond to maintenance work orders, rectify problems during the workday, and help keep the community clean. Candidates must have HVAC Type II certification and a valid driver’s license; EPA/HVAC training is available. Must be able to work on-call and some weekends; bring basic hand tools.
