The BAM Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our close-knit BAMFAM in Champaign, IL. This hands-on role focuses on HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and other systems to keep properties running smoothly and residents satisfied.

You will diagnose and repair issues, perform preventative maintenance, and collaborate with a loyal team that values work-life balance and growth opportunities. A high school diploma and 2–3 years of experience are required, with EPA Type II or Universal

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of maintenance experience.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and structural systems.
• Deliver top-notch service to residents by keeping interiors and exteriors in prime condition.
• Practice preventative maintenance and document issues before they become bigger problems.
• Provide emergency support after hours as needed to ensure residents feel taken care of.
• Collaborate with a family-oriented team that supports each other.
