The BAM Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician at The Reserve in Evansville, IN. You’ll work hands-on with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems to keep our residents comfortable and safe. We value loyalty, teamwork, and a family-like culture.

Two to three years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and EPA Type 2 or Universal certification are preferred. The role includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus, competitive hourly pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities

Physical Demands:

This is a hands-on role, so expect to be on your feet, moving, bending, climbing, and lifting heavy objects. You’ll need the stamina to keep up with the demands of the job.

Is This You:

If you have a high school diploma (or equivalent), 2-3 years of maintenance experience, and hold a valid driver’s license, you’re already ahead of the game. If you also have an EPA Type 2 or Universal certification, even better!

Pay is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, education, and the overall compensation package.

$17 - $19 USD
