Job summary

Integrity Realty Group, LLC in Parma, Ohio is seeking a Maintenance Technician/Supervisor to upkeep our apartment communities. You will perform repairs, upgrades, and routine maintenance to keep interiors and exteriors welcoming.

The role requires 3-5 years of maintenance experience, tools, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background and drug screening. We offer PTO, holidays, on-call pay, benefits, and 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of general maintenance tasks.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required during workdays.
• Must have own hand tools.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. We test for marijuana.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on time and as required.
• Maintain property's appearance and amenities.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents.
• Carry out electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks.
• Order supplies and coordinate with vendors; work closely with the property manager.
