This position is responsible for overall property maintenance including basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and make readies. In addition, this position is also responsible for grounds keeping.

Responsibilities

• Perform property maintenance including basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and make readies; also responsible for grounds keeping.

Qualifications

• Bring a minimum of two years’ experience in multi-family property maintenance including basic electrical and plumbing diagnostics/repair.
• Be a TEAM PLAYER in an atmosphere of mutual respect.
• Have a POSITIVE ATTITUDE.
• Enjoy helping and assisting people.
