Job summary

The NRP Group seeks a Maintenance Technician to service our multifamily properties in Cleveland, OH. Under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, you will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial tasks to uphold curb appeal and apartment quality.

You will also handle service requests, assist with storage areas, and participate in safety initiatives. A high school diploma and a CFC certification are preferred, with 3–4 years of maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CFC Universal Certification preferred.
• 3–4 years of maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient with preventative maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services as assigned.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartments.
• Respond to service requests in accordance with company standards.
• Assist with maintenance of storage areas and materials.
• Notify Community Manager of safety concerns and participate in safety meetings.
