Job summary

Integrity Realty Group, LLC in Copley, Ohio, is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician for Hunt Club Apartments. This 260-unit community requires hands-on maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a one-week-per-month on-call rotation.

You will perform turns, preventative maintenance, and responsive service, working within a small four-technician team to ensure reliable upkeep and strong resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliances, and general repairs.
• HVAC experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong reliability and attendance.

Maintenance Technician

Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

We are hiring a dependable Maintenance Technician for our 260-unit apartment community in the Copley/Fairlawn area.
We are fully staffed with a team of four technicians, allowing for a manageable workload and strong team support. On-call rotation is one week per month when fully staffed.
This is a stable, long-term opportunity with competitive benefits and consistent hours.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances)
• Perform apartment turns and unit preparation
• Preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair building systems
• Provide professional customer service to residents

Qualifications
