Job summary

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for Skye Apartments in Vista, CA. You will service tenants and maintain the property, including common areas, appliances, and turnovers.

The ideal candidate has experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, A/C) and a strong customer service focus. Availability for on-call rotation and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance on a 200-unit property.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, A/C, and other trades.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests and appliance repairs.
• Paint, apartment turnovers, and related tasks.
• Take emergency calls and participate in on-call rotation.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Skye Apartments in Vista, CA!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Compensation and Benefits

• $26.00-$27.00/hour DOE
• Monthly bonuses
