MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for Aya Apartments in Fremont, CA. The ideal candidate will handle maintenance across trades, respond to service requests, and ensure clean, safe, and well-maintained common areas and units.

Candidates should have multi-trades experience, reliable transportation, and be available for on-call rotation. The position offers a competitive hourly wage with benefits and company bonuses.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc.
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and teamwork.
• Consent to audio recordings during work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Aya Apartments, located in Fremont, CA!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Compensation and Benefits

• $28-$30/hour DOE
