MG Properties is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Skye Apartments in Vista, CA. The ideal candidate will perform maintenance across trades, assist with apartment turnovers, and provide excellent customer service.

On-site role with on-call responsibilities and a focus on safety and quality. Qualified applicants should have experience in multi-trade maintenance, possess reliable transportation, and be comfortable with potential audio-recording during work duties.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200 unit property.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests and appliance repairs.
• Paint and turnover apartments.
• Handle on-call emergencies and other duties as assigned.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Skye Apartments in Vista, CA!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on‑call rotation.

Compensation and Benefits

• $26.00-$27.00/hour DOE
• Monthly bonuses
