MG Properties is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician for properties around the Sacramento, CA area. The role requires hands-on experience across multiple trades, strong customer service, and flexibility to work on-call shifts.

Responsibilities include grounds and unit upkeep, appliance repairs, painting, turnovers, and emergency response, at properties managed by MG Properties. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in apartment maintenance, is reliable, and can work well in a team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience on a 200-unit property
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related trades
• Customer service minded, flexible, and team-oriented

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas

• Handle apartment turnovers and on-call emergencies

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team at properties in the Sacramento, CA area!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Compensation and Benefits

• $23-$26/hour DOE
