Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in apartment, residential, or facilities maintenance.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance including painting and plumbing.
• Maintain curb appeal through landscaping and seasonal upkeep.
• Respond promptly to work orders and emergency calls.
