Conifer Realty LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support affordable-housing communities in Philadelphia, PA. The role provides a $20.00–$22.00 hourly rate, 40 hours weekly, and an on‑call rotation, with a $1,500 sign‑on bonus paid over the first year.

You’ll perform routine maintenance, respond to work orders, and help keep properties safe and welcoming for residents. This position values reliability, problem solving, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance or facilities experience.
• Experience with painting, drywall, plumbing and electrical tasks.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus for resident connections.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance across units and common areas.
• Paint, drywall, carpentry, plumbing, electrical tasks and general repairs.
• Maintain grounds, landscaping, snow/ice removal and seasonal upkeep.
• Respond to work orders promptly and rotate for on‑call coverage.
• Collaborate with residents and peers to ensure safe, compliant living environments.
