Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 40hrs | On-Call Rotation

What You’ll Bring as a Maintenance Technician

You’re skilled, dependable, and care about doing the job right. You bring:

• 2+ years of apartment, residential, or facilities maintenance experience (painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, flooring; HVAC experience a plus).
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to cover overtime or nearby communities when needed.
• Basic computer or mobile‑app skills for work orders, timekeeping, and training (we’ll train you!).
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills, a plus that helps connect with our residents!

• Bring spaces to life – perform routine and preventative maintenance, including painting, drywall, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and cleaning.

• Respond with urgency – complete work orders promptly and rotate for emergency on‑call coverage (respond within 30 minutes).
