Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Tinton Falls, NJ. You'll diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems to keep residential communities safe and comfortable.

The role requires a high school diploma and about 1 year of property maintenance experience; valid driver's license; ability to operate tools; driving may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year experience in property management maintenance.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic and measurements for estimates and calculations.
• Able to operate general office equipment as needed.
• Able to frequently use maintenance tools and safety equipment.
• Must possess valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and other systems.
• Complete service requests and repairs safely and timely.
• Perform turn-key work to ensure vacant apartments are rent-ready.
• Maintain high customer service standards and respond to resident requests.
