Pacific Retirement Services is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician for Glenridge Terrace Apartments in Medford, OR. This full-time role involves maintaining buildings, handling repairs, renovations, and coordinating with vendors to ensure high-quality, cost-effective service.

The ideal candidate has strong maintenance skills, can read and follow directions, and works well with residents, staff, and contractors. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM with a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• Significant skills and knowledge of the maintenance and repair field.
• Ability to read, speak, write and follow directions.
• Strong organizational and human relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair interior and exterior building needs such as plumbing, windows, carpets, painting, and renovations.
• Secure bids and products from suppliers and contractors to ensure quality and cost effectiveness.
• Handle work orders, inspections, and apartment renovations, including painting and carpet cleaning.
