Pacific Retirement Services, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for the Pilot Butte Retirement Community in Bend, OR. You will help create a welcoming, well-maintained environment for residents and handle hands-on repairs to keep facilities functioning smoothly.

The role involves interior/exterior maintenance, bid coordination, and apartment renovations. Workload includes plumbing, painting, and general upkeep with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Significant maintenance experience and repair knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior repairs (plumbing, windows, paint, carpets, renovations).
• Secure bids and products from suppliers/contractors to ensure best price and service.
• Support apartment renovations and overall maintenance to keep community in top condition.
