Pacific Retirement Services, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Tech for Glenridge Terrace Apartments in Medford, OR. You will handle building maintenance, repairs, and renovations to create a welcoming environment for residents.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM. Pay is $21.75–$22.25 per hour DOE with a robust benefits package and on-site work. You will coordinate with vendors, contractors, and staff to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Significant skills and knowledge of the maintenance and repair field.
• Ability to read, speak, write and follow oral and written directions.
• Strong organizational and human relations skills.

Responsabilités

• Repair interior and exterior building needs such as plumbing, windows, carpets, painting, work order requests, and apartment renovations.
• Secure bids and products from suppliers and contractors to guarantee highest quality, lowest price, and best service.
• Perform apartment renovations, inspections, painting, carpet cleaning, and overall maintenance.
