Pacific Retirement Services seeks a full-time Maintenance Technician for Pilot Butte Retirement Community in Bend, Oregon. You’ll contribute to a welcoming living environment by handling repairs, preventive maintenance, and renovations, ensuring safety and comfort for residents.

You’ll work with vendors and staff to secure quality parts at fair prices, while maintaining cost-effective inventory practices and responding to work orders with a focus on reliability and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Significant skills in the maintenance and repair field.
• Ability to read, speak, write and follow directions.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior repairs including plumbing, windows, painting, and carpet work.
• Process work orders, manage apartment renovations, and coordinate with vendors.
• Inspect and maintain building systems to ensure safety and cost-effective operations.
