Pacific Retirement Services offers a full-time Maintenance Technician position at Pilot Butte Retirement Community in Bend, OR. You will be hands-on with upkeep, repairs and renovations to ensure a welcoming environment for residents.

The role covers plumbing, carpentry, painting and maintenance tasks, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and maintaining cost-effective inventory practices. Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM; pay $22.61–$23.99/hr DOE.

Qualifications

• Significant skills and knowledge of the maintenance and repair field.
• Ability to read, speak, write and follow oral and written directions.
• Strong organizational and human relations skills.

Responsabilités

• Repair interior and exterior building needs including plumbing, windows, carpets and painting.
• Handle work order requests and apartment renovations.
• Secure bids and products from suppliers/contractors for best value and service.
• Perform apartment renovations, inspections, painting, carpet cleaning and overall maintenance.
