Job summary

RHF Management, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for the Sagetree Terrace Apartment community in Houston, TX. You will maintain the physical condition of the property, perform routine upkeep, and assist in turnover tasks to keep common areas safe and inviting for residents.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, respond to work orders, coordinate with vendors, and uphold safety and regulatory standards, including REAC/NSPIRE inspections.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in building maintenance.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Read and interpret technical manuals.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of RealPage Maintenance Facilities.
• Basic English communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior appearance of buildings and property.
• Complete unit turnovers within 3 days of move-out.
• Perform painting and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Assist in inspections and safety compliance.
• Respond to work orders and log details in OneSite.
• Address emergencies, including after-hours.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure satisfactory work.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop.
• Maintain property security and keys.
