RHF Management, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for the Sagetree Terrace Apartment community in Houston, TX. You will maintain the physical condition of the property, perform routine upkeep, and assist in turnover tasks to keep common areas safe and inviting for residents.
You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, respond to work orders, coordinate with vendors, and uphold safety and regulatory standards, including REAC/NSPIRE inspections.
In this critical role at Sagetree Terrace Apartment, 65-unit older adultcommunity located in Houston, TX. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the property, including buildings, common areas, and grounds. This position supports Property Manager in the daily property operations through general maintenance, timely completion of service requests, and participation in apartment turn-key processes and preventative maintenance programs.
The ideal candidate will help maintain the organization and inventory, follow all safety standards and practices, and communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and team members to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for senior residents.
Actual base salary considers several factors including but not limited to geography, job-related knowledge, experience, and budget. The start of the salary range is typically associated with the minimum experience required.
The role is considered Full Time non-exempt so will be eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal and state law. The anticipated base pay range for the position is $22.00-$22.00 per hour.
