Job summary

RHF Management, Inc. seeks a Property Maintenance Technician for Mesquite Gardens, a 48-unit senior community in Mesquite, TX. Maintain interior/exterior spaces and assist the Property Manager with daily operations and turnover tasks.

Candidate should be organized, dependable, service-oriented, and capable of handling safety compliance and after-hours maintenance. Local candidates preferred; experience with RealPage is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in building maintenance (experience desired).
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Able to read and interpret technical manuals.
• Skilled with hand and power tools for repairs and maintenance.
• Proficient in English communication and teamwork.
• Familiar with RealPage Maintenance Facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance to keep buildings, common areas and grounds in good condition.
• Complete unit turnovers within 3 days of move-out when required.
• Paint and perform preventative maintenance per schedule.
• Assist with inspections and respond to work orders via OneSite.
• Address maintenance emergencies, including after hours and weekends.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and plumbing issues; repair appliances.
• Coordinate with vendors and monitor contracted work.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Keep maintenance shop organized and secure property keys.
