Job summary

Mercy Northglen Apartments in Lincoln, Nebraska, is hiring immediately for a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site maintenance team. You will perform preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers to ensure a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.

This is an on-site, full-time role with pay between $21.00 and $24.00 per hour, plus benefits including health plans, PTO, holidays, 403(b) with match, parental leave, life insurance, and more.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of basic building maintenance required either through training or experience.
• Legally operate a motor vehicle (valid driver's license and insurance).

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner. Cleans up after work is complete.
• Performs repairs on the property, including painting, basic carpentry or wall repair, plumbing, and electrical.
• Cleans apartments during turnover process, as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Description

Mercy Northglen Apartments, located in Lincoln, Nebraska on a 4.8 acre site, was developed in 1970. The 60-unit multifamily property has 10 one-bedroom apartments and 50 two-bedroom apartments and consists of five three-level buildings.

We are hiring immediately. Benefits start on Day 1 of employment!

The successful Maintenance Technician will complete preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers. As part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, customer service, and a hazard-free environment.

This is an on-site position.

Pay: $21.00 - 24.00/hourly dependent on experience.

• Early close Fridays (3 paid hours each Friday)
