Job summary

Fairgrove Property Management in Irvine, CA, seeks a Maintenance Technician to service rental properties across Inland Empire. You’ll troubleshoot, repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and perform preventative maintenance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in property management or related field with strong customer service and tech skills. You must own tools, drive, and be comfortable using mobile apps and cloud-based software. Full-time with benefits.

• Interact with vendors and suppliers in a professional manner
• Provide exceptional customer service to the team and residents
• Assist in the preparation of vacant units for new move-ins
• After hours emergency response as needed

Position Summary

A Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping the rental properties in excellent condition, both inside and out. The ideal candidate would be self-motivated, highly customer focused, technically skilled, fast moving, and technologically proficient. This position services multiple properties.

Employment Details

• Full Time Position: 40 hours per week
• Compensation: $28.00-30.00/hr
• Responsibilities: Roving to different properties across Inland Empire Area
• Mileage reimbursement plan

Essential Job Functions – Position Requirements

• After hours emergency response as needed
