I & MJ Gross Company Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of residential facility maintenance tasks. The role includes troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, plus on-call rotations for urgent needs.

You will complete preventive maintenance, respond to work orders, prepare suites for move-ins, and keep buildings and grounds in top condition. On-site residents receive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential facility maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide exceptional customer service.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations.

Maintenance Technicians must have working knowledge of all aspects of residential facility maintenance (basic plumbing, electrical, & mechanical) including the ability to troubleshoot problems and provide exceptional customer service. This is a full time position with on-call rotations.

Responsibilities include:

• Completes a broad range of preventive maintenance and repairs
• Responds to work orders
• Prepare vacant suites for presentation and move-ins
• Maintain buildings interior and exterior, grounds upkeep
• Appliance installation & repair
• Installs, maintains and repairs plumbing fixtures
• Basic HVAC maintenance
• Knowledgeable with hand & power tools
• Maintains safe and clean working environment
• All other duties as assigned
