I & MJ Gross Company Inc is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle residential facility maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work, with problem-solving and strong customer service.

This full-time role includes on-call rotations, preventive maintenance, and duties such as preparing suites, appliance work, and safety-focused site upkeep in an Ohio community.

Qualifications

• Residential facility maintenance across plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Able to troubleshoot problems and provide excellent customer service.
• Basic knowledge of repair and maintenance tasks required.

Job description

As our Maintenance Technician, you must have working knowledge of all aspects of residential facility maintenance (basic plumbing, electrical, & mechanical) including the ability to troubleshoot problems and provide exceptional customer service. This is a full time position with on-call rotations.
