Job summary

Gross Residential is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to perform day-to-day preventative maintenance, respond to work orders, and prepare units for turnover. You’ll work on residential apartment buildings as part of a team and provide superior customer service to residents.

This full-time role includes on-call and weekend rotation, basic HVAC and plumbing maintenance, and general upkeep of interiors, exteriors, and grounds.

• Excellent communication and people skills in order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Complete a broad range of preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Respond to work orders in a timely manner
• Prepare vacant suites for presentation and move-ins
• Maintain building interior and exterior
• Grounds upkeep
• Appliance installation and troubleshooting
• Installs, maintains and repairs plumbing fixtures
• Basic HVAC maintenance

Job description
