Job summary

Gross Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to manage a broad range of residential facility maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work. The role entails troubleshooting issues and delivering exceptional customer service, with on-call rotations as part of a full-time schedule.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, responding to work orders, preparing vacant suites, and maintaining both interior and exterior areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential facility maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide excellent customer service.

Position Responsibilities

As our Maintenance Technician, you must have working knowledge of all aspects of residential facility maintenance (basic plumbing, electrical, & mechanical) including the ability to troubleshoot problems and provide exceptional customer service. This is a full time position with on‑call rotations.
