Job summary

Gross Residential is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to perform day-to-day preventative maintenance, respond to maintenance requests, and prepare vacant suites for move-ins.

This full-time role requires on-call weekends, strong customer service, and the ability to maintain interior and exterior of residential buildings, install and troubleshoot plumbing fixtures, and perform basic HVAC tasks. The company offers benefits and a supportive work environment.

We are currently looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician. This position will work on day to day preventative maintenance, maintenance requests and unit turnover along with the general upkeep of residential apartment buildings. We are looking for someone who is a team player and has superior customer service skills.
