Job summary

Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. manages Watson Pointe, an affordable housing community in Augusta, GA.

As a Service Technician, you will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and prepare apartments for new residents, while supporting a safe and well-maintained environment for residents. You will work closely with the property management team, handle on-call emergencies, and contribute to maintaining a professional appearance and high curb appeal in a community focused on delivering quality

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to read and speak English and follow oral and written directions.
• Previous experience in maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive interactions with residents and the public to enhance the community image and ensure superior resident retention.
• Perform general and emergency maintenance of apartments and common areas including snow removal after hours and on weekends.
• Create and maintain a customer-centered service culture by demonstrating proactive hospitality with prospects, residents, family members and fellow community associates.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times related to prospect or resident information.
• Maintain an attractive community appearance and overall positive curb appeal.
• Responsible for daily cleaning and maintenance of the property, including sanitizing, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal.
