Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant industry experience; property management experience a plus.

• Basic maintenance skills and working knowledge of maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure property grounds and buildings are clean and well maintained.
• Assist with basic repairs and general maintenance tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service and teamwork.
• Keep common areas safe, tidy and sanitary.
• Support apartment turnovers and curb appeal.
• Communicate issues to supervisors promptly.
• Respond to emergencies per policy and procedures.
• Contribute to resident satisfaction and training as needed.
