The role emphasizes basic maintenance skills, customer service excellence, and the ability to lift 75 lbs and stand for 8–10 hours. The position includes a full-time schedule with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits, supporting a fast-paced, team-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant industry experience; property management experience is a plus.
• Must have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail and basic maintenance skills.
• Working knowledge of maintenance required.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. and work 8-10 hour standing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure property grounds and buildings are clean and well-maintained to maintain curb appeal.
• Assist with basic repairs and other general maintenance duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service and teamwork at all times.
• Maintain a safe, tidy clubhouse, office, model, hallways and all common areas.
• Keep property free of trash, debris and animal waste.
• Maintain landscaping and watering of flowers.
• Prepare apartments for new residents and oversee turnovers.
• Communicate issues to Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager for follow-up.
• Respond to emergencies according to policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Contribute to resident satisfaction by meeting or exceeding expectations.
• Participate in Redstone training as required.
